Through the sharing of brief case studies, DE Case Series aims to connect various people and organizations interested in digital enablement phenomena. More importantly, DE Case Series intends to serve as an open knowledge portal for underprivileged individuals with no access to latest technological trends and digital enablement issues.

DE Case Study Writing Guidelines:Please keep in mind that your brief case study should be no more than 3000 words, typically takes up no more than five pages. We recommend that you include up to three pictures/graphics in your case write-up to better illustrate your point. Please make sure that you indicate the sources of all the graphics used. Your case study should be succinctly written for general, non-specialist audience. Please refrain from using specialized terminology, abbreviations and acronyms.
